Founder of Empowerment Coaching Katrina Bourke has been working in business for over 30 years and until recently was the CEO of a transport company and understands that in business your people are your greatest asset. A business is built on its people, take the people out of a company and well ... all you really have left is just bricks and mortar. Bricks and mortar don't and can't provide a service to your clients.

At Empowerment Coaching we understand this and believe that everyone from the individual to the largest Corporation is in Business.
